Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using WishTogether, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WISHTOGETHER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WishTogether and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

14. Child Safety and Sexual Abuse Prevention

WishTogether is committed to protecting children and preventing child sexual abuse. We have zero tolerance for any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, harms, or endangers children in any way.

14.1 Prohibited Content and Behavior

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Sharing, uploading, or distributing any content involving minors in sexual situations
• Engaging in any form of child exploitation or grooming behavior
• Using the service to facilitate or arrange meetings with minors for harmful purposes
• Sharing personal information of minors without proper consent
• Creating or participating in groups intended to harm or exploit children

14.2 Reporting Requirements

If you encounter any content or behavior that appears to involve child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment, you must immediately:

• We will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
• We will take immediate action to remove violators from our platform
• We will report incidents to appropriate authorities as required by law

14.4 Age Verification and Restrictions

Our service is intended for users 13 years of age and older. Users under 18 must have parental consent. We implement age verification measures and reserve the right to request additional verification when necessary.

14.5 Consequences of Violations

Any violation of these child safety provisions will result in immediate account termination, permanent ban from our platform, and reporting to law enforcement authorities. We reserve the right to take legal action against violators.
